(Deming)-- Silver Anniversary Duck Race merchandise is now available.
   The Duck Race T-Shirts with the 25th Anniversary logo are available in white, 
athletic grey, golden yellow and light blue in both youth and adult sizes.  Kids 
sizes are 2-4, 6-8, and 10-12.  Adult shirts are available in sizes from small to 
XXX large (only white or grey in XXX).  When purchased locally, the shirts are $12 
for youth sizes and $15 for adult shirts.
   New merchandise this year includes both men's and women's tank tops.  The tank 
tops are available in white only, in medium, large and extra large.  Tank tops are $15.
   Another new item this year is Duck Race caps and visor.  The baseball caps are $15, 
and are available in blue, tan and black, or white and black.  The visors are tan, and 
also $15.
   Also now available, special 25th Anniversary Duck Race pins.  The pins are $5 each.  
We plan to also offer the pins with a gold chain for $7.
  There will be two versions of the Duck Balloon Rally pins, including a silver plated 
limited edition.  Those pins should arrive within the next few days, and will be $5, or 
$7.50 for the limited series.
   Duck Race weekend there will also be Duck Race tumblers with the GADR logo.
   The shirts, tanks, caps, visors and duck pins are available now at the Deming 
Luna County Chamber of Commerce, Circle S Western Emporium, and Southwestern New 
Mexico On-Line.
   Most items can also be ordered at the "Duck Store" on-line at www.demingduckrace.com.  
The secure internet site is open 24/7, and items can be ordered anytime using your 
credit card, and then will be shipped.  While at the site, you can also sign up for a 
chance to win one of six shirts to be given away Duck Race weekend.
   "We decided to add some new items this year since it is our 25th Anniversary", said 
Mike Hedrick, Merchandise Quacker.  "All items will also be available at the Great 
American Duck Race T-Shirt Trailer Saturday and Sunday during the Duck Race."
   The Great American Duck Race is August 26-29th.  The festival begins with the Duck 
Royalty Pageant Thursday night.
