Duck Race Shirts/Entry Forms Available Now

(Deming)-- You can buy this year's Great American Duck Race T-shirt now.  
   The shirts all sport this year's logo, with a duck holding the world on his shoulders 
in recognition of the theme "One World- One Duck Race".  
   For the first time in several years, we have darker colors.  Both adults and childens 
size screen printed t-shirts are available in black and red as well as white and light blue.  
In addition, this year we are also offering a collared shirt with an embriodered logo.  Those 
shirts are in Red, Black and Yellow.
   Besides shirts, a good supply of Duck Race caps are also available in tan, white and blue 
with accenting colors.
   Adult shirts (all sizes) are $15, kids shirts (2-4, 6-8, 10-12) are $12.  The embroidered 
shirts are $32 and the caps are $18.
   The 2005 Shirts are available in Deming at the Deming Luna County Chamber of Commerce, 
Circle S Western Emporium, and Southwestern New Mexico On-Line.  Or if you prefer you can 
order securely on-line at www.demingduckrace.com.  Look for the Duck Store link.  The shirts 
will of course also be available at Duck Downs during the weekend festivities.
   The same locations also have entry forms for this year's Parade, Pageant, Green Chille Cookoff 
and Horseshoe and Washer Tournament.  The deadline for the Parade is this Friday.  Entries received 
later than that date will be charged a $5 late fee.  Entry forms can also be abtained on-line.
   The Great American Duck Race is August 25th through the 28th, beginning with the Duck Royalty 
Pageant Thursday night.  Live Duck Racing on both our wet and dry track begins both Saturday 
and Sunday at noon.
