(Deming)-- The Band "Eoo Doo Child" will lead off the entertainment both days
August 25th and 26th at the year's Great American Duck Race.
   Entertainment Quacker Bob Putkowski said not only will the band lead off,
but their company Smoke Dawg Productions will supply a PA for bands all weekend.
Putkowski said this will eliminate each band needing to setup their own
equipment and reduce staging downtime.  He said everything any band will need
will be provided.
   "Several of the bands and performers from last year have indicated they
may return, but we still have plenty of openings" said Putkowski.
   Entertainers of all types are welcome.  The Duck Race does not pay for
entertainment, but offers the venue to up and coming or established acts for
the exposure.  Tip jars may be set out during the performances.
   Entertainment is in the pavilion area, and begins both days at noon.

   Smoke Dawg Productions offers D.J. and Karaoke services.  Putkowski said "we
really do appreciate all they are doing for us this year."
