GADR Sponsor Packs

(Deming)--Again this year, sponsors of the Great American Duck Race can distribute
items with the 2007 Sponsor Packs.
   We are giving our sponsors the ability to be included with promotional
items, flyers, coupons or business cards in our sponsor packs which will be
delivered to each sponsoring business or individual.
   The sponsor packs contain all the information, entry forms, shirts, flyers
and tickets for this year's event.  The Duck Race will be happy to add your
items to our distribution.
   We will need about 115 to be sure you are included in each sponsor pack.
Right now we have about 100 sponsors, with the possibility of adding a few
more.
   Please bring your items for the sponsor packs to Southwestern New Mexico
On-Line, 202 S. Diamond, any afternoon Monday-Friday between 1-6 pm.  We
would prefer to have those by August 10th, however as long as we have them 
before 5 pm on the 13th, we will make sure you are included.
   A personal message has been sent via email to those sponsors who reported
email addresses, however some businesses failed to report, or do not have
email.  Please pass the word on this opportunity.  The items will be disbributed
free of charge for any sponsor.
