Theme and Logo Announced for 2009 Duck Race The 2009 Great American Duck Race Logo is ready to go. To celebrate 30 years, it's "Rock N Roll". Both the pageant and parade will be judged on how well contestants depict this year's theme. We expect to see everything from Chuck Berry to Elvis Presley. The Duck Race is August 20-23rd, 2009, with most 
activities at McKinley Duck Downs (the Luna County Courthouse Park). Vendor Agreements, and Sponsorship Agreements are now on-line. Entry forms for the various events will be available soon. The only change anticipated for vendors is that there will be no early setup. Vendors can begin setting up on Thursday, August 20th, but not earlier. There will be no additional charge to setup on Thursday. All vendors must be setup by Saturday morning.

| Corre Caminos to provide Shuttle Service! Shuttle Service will be available from the Special Events parking lot to the Courthouse Park every twenty minutes, Saturday, August 22nd from noon until 6 pm, and Sunday, August 23rd from noon untl 4 pm. The cost is 50 cents for Kids (6-13) and Seniors (62 & over), 75 cents for adults, and kids five and under are free. The service is open to the public.
