Entry Forms
We will be posting entry forms for the various associated duck race events. Besides being entry forms, they also contain information and rules for the various events. Print it out, fill it in, then bring your completed form to the Duck Race. All files on this page are in PDF format, and you need the Adobe Reader. You can download the program for free at the bottom of this page. More forms coming soon!
