Hare and Hound
1st Place Barney Watson, Las Cruces ($500)
Balloon:  Cool Beans!!  Tossed 2 feet from the target

2nd Place Jim Hoidahl, La Luz ($300)
Balloon:  Hsss Too  Tossed 2 feet 6 inches from target

3rd place
Third Place was determined with a competition on the ground, as
participants tried to toss a chili over their shoulder and into
a receptacle.  Two pilots made the toss.  There was then a 
"toss-off", and the winner was Dan Ewer of Tucson ($200)
Balloon:  Foolish Pleasure (18 inches from target on toss-off)

second place in the toss-off was Marie Pinchuk, Deming (24 inches 
from target)
