Local Hobbyist Vendor Guide & Agreement

Cost

LOCAL HOBBYIST VENDORS (10'x10')
- Without Electricity - $50

There is a charge of $50 for general non-electrical spaces for our local hobbyists. You must be local to the Luna County area, only sell 100% homemade crafts/items
and provide those details on the application to confirm your eligibility for the special rates (food sales of any kind are not permitted with this special rate). If you sell any other items at your booth that are not pre-approved based on the guidelines above you could be subject to the applicable full vendor rate anytime during the event.
NEED INSURANCE?

Insurance is required for all vendors for our 2022 GADR event. We will post information once we are able to secure an insurance vendor for our vendors. Thank you!

Guide & Agreement

The GADR of Deming, Inc. hopes to make the races bigger and better every year. We invite our local hobbyist individuals to help us do that. GADR reserves the right to assign each local hobbyist to their own locations. Please get your applications submitted as soon as possible to get your spot. Your payment will be requested once your application is reviewed and approved by our Vendor Quacker. The application must be received by August 1st for review and consideration.

TRASH
Each organization is responsible for their own trash. Please do not use the bins placed in the park for guests, use the dumpsters located in the designated area.

PLEASE EMPTY YOUR VEHICLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE YOU START SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH.

SALES/RAFFLES
A list of items must be included in this application if your organization.  YOU MUST LIST ALL ITEMS YOU ARE SELLING.

Please indicate your preference on the form. If you choose to have an endorsement issued, it must be purchased via the online vendor link on our website (once available).
